Returns Policy


We understand that with footwear, it can be tough to get the correct size and colour so we are proud to offer free item exchanges on our items and we will cover the postage costs of the first exchange. Simply contact us using the form here asking for an exchange quoting your order number and we will arrange the shipping.
Should you want to exchange, please contact us within 28 days of purchase, the items will need to be undamaged and with its original packaging.
We are happy to allow exchanges with different product ranges and can arrange a payment link or small refund to cover any cost differences as well.


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. Please notify us via our contact form here quoting your order number and reason for wanting to return the product. Once we have agreed to process the return, we will provide you with the return details.
You, the customer will be required to cover return shipping costs of the item unless agreed with us before hand.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, a member of our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us.
